Updates

An update is a subsequent release of the template, which we provide at no additional fee to you, and is deemed to be a successor to or substitute for the prior release (and may incorporate error corrections, updates and upgrades to, and may enhance or add to the features or functionality of, the prior release).

We provide maintenance through updates that will be supplied individually. While we attempt to provide fixes for serious issues, there may be cases where it is impractical or impossible to generate a fix due to compatibility issues or the introduction of unwanted side effects. We are under no obligation to develop any future functionality. Any updates will be delivered to you or made available to you for download. You are solely responsible for downloading, copying, and installing the updates.

Warranty

All templates are provided “as is” without any guarantee or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our templates will work in older versions of browsers. Furthermore, we do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins or scripts.
